Willow Tree Housing Nightmare

We purchased our newly-built home from Willow Tree Housing Partnership in April 2022, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. From a filthy move-in day to serious issues, we've faced over two years of delays and unresolved defects. Including: faulty windows, an uneven bathroom floor, badly fitted kitchen, missing insulation, and gardens containing bricks and rubble. Despite multiple RISA inspections and countless emails and telephone calls, Willow Tree Housing Partnership has refused to fully address these problems. We're still battling for proper repairs and fair treatment.

After over two years of stress, mounting costs, and inadequate fixes, our experience highlights the difficulties that can arise with a new-build property, particularly when dealing with a company like Willow Tree Housing Partnership.
